WA State PTACs will help decipher solicitations by reviewing contract clauses, terms, definitions and requirements to ensure your interactions with bid target agencies are correct, complete and

powerful.

Specifications, Standards and Drawings

WA State PTACs help locate necessary documents for solicitations.

Assistance with Government Registrations and Certifications

Certain certifications and registrations are required to contract with various levels of governmental agencies, while others help

businesses to be more competitive in the government marketplace. WA State PTAC provides assistance with Dun & Bradstreet, Central

Contractor Registration (CCR), Online Representations & Certifications Application (ORCA) registration, 8(a) certification, Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) certification, Washington State certifications, and other specific registrations and certifications as specified by federal, state, and local agencies, and government prime contractors.

Post Award Assistance

PTAC provides assistance with post award functions tied to performing on government contracts such as requirements for production, quality systems, accounting system, transportation, packaging, subcontracting, property, and WAWF.

Training and Seminars

WA State PTACs hosts a number of training sessions and seminars throughout the year to provide the practical, hands-on information

you need to do business with the government. Most events are free, but some do have a small charge to cover basic expenses of the event. Please visit our website for a current schedule.

Marketing Assistance

WA State PTACs assist you in determining where the key markets are for your products and services. Contact your outreach center

PTAC provides advice and assistance free of charge.  However, the PTAC has developed fee services to meet the specialized needs of our clients.

Computerized Bid Match Services
A software tool that searches numerous government databases for bid leads that match your company’s criteria, including FedBizOpps, Defense Logistics Agency buying centers, NASA, Washington State Department of General Administration, and other agencies.  Bid leads are sent via e-mail. There is a $135 annual fee for this optional service.
