Centers
The Washington PTAC is funded by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and the non-profit organizations that house centers.  The Snohomish County EDC houses the contract for Washington State, and the outreach centers meet DLA requirements for providing service to small businesses and match DLA funds.
